Welcome to Grass Feathers. By accessing and using our website (www.grassfeathers.com) and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

01. General

• Grass Feathers is an online platform that sells plants, pots, gardening tools, seeds, fertilizers, and décor items.

• By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

02. Products & Services

• Plants are living products, and natural variations (size, color, growth stage) may occur. Product images are for reference only.

• Pots, décor, and accessories may have slight variations in design/finish due to handcrafting or batch differences.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

03. Orders & Payments

• All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.

• We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (except COD).

04. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are 3–7 working days depending on location.

• Free delivery is available for orders above ₹1,000 across India and all orders within Coimbatore.

• Standard delivery charges apply to orders below ₹1,000 (outside Coimbatore).

• Delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control.

05. Returns & Refunds

• Plants: Returns are accepted only if damaged during delivery. Customers must provide unboxing photos within 24 hours.

• Non-plant products (pots, tools, fertilizers, décor): Can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (COD refunds via UPI/Bank).

06. Plant Care & Maintenance

• We provide care guides for every plant. Responsibility for ongoing care lies with the customer.

• Grass Feathers is not liable for plant death due to improper care, neglect, or unsuitable environmental conditions.

07. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Grass Feathers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.

08. Limitation of Liability

• Grass Feathers is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free content on the website.

09. Governing Law

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu courts.
