How do I place an order?

Browse our Shop, add products to your cart, and checkout securely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Will I get an invoice?

Yes, via email after purchase. You can also download it from your account anytime.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Coimbatore, Tirupur, and major Indian cities. More postal codes will be added soon.

How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Do you charge for delivery?

03. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Can I return plants?

Only if they arrive damaged. Please send an unboxing photo within 24 hours.

What about pots, tools, and fertilizers?

These can be returned/exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer.

How often should I water plants?

Usually once or twice a week, depending on season and soil dryness.

Do indoor plants need fertilizer?

Yes. Use organic fertilizer every 2–3 months.

How do I know when to repot?

When roots grow out of the pot or soil dries too quickly—usually every 12–18 months.

05. Plant Care – Indoor Plants

Which indoor plants are best for Indian homes?

Money Plant, Snake Plant, Aloe Vera, Peace Lily, and ZZ Plant are easy and air-purifying.

Can indoor plants survive without sunlight?

Some do well in low light (Snake Plant, ZZ Plant, Peace Lily). Still, rotate them occasionally into brighter areas.

Why are my indoor plant leaves turning brown?
Caused by overwatering, dry AC air, or lack of humidity. Mist leaves regularly.

06. Plant Care – Outdoor Plants

Which plants are best for balconies/outdoors?
Tulsi, Hibiscus, Rose, Jasmine, and Money Plant are excellent for Indian conditions.
How often should I water outdoor plants?
Daily in summer, alternate days in winter/monsoon. Adjust based on soil dryness.
Should outdoor plants be moved indoors in winter?

Yes, in North India winters, keep tropical plants indoors to protect from cold.

07. Common Mistakes People Make

Overwatering

The #1 killer of plants. Always check soil before watering.

Wrong placement

Keeping sun-loving plants in dark corners or shade-loving plants in harsh sunlight.

Ignoring repotting
Plants suffocate in small pots if not repotted every 12–18 months.
Dusty leaves

Prevents photosynthesis. Wipe leaves monthly with a damp cloth.

Too much fertilizer

Burns roots. Stick to recommended doses.
